Back in the 80's I took 3 years of college towards a BA in Broadcasting Arts and a MA in Recording Arts at Minot State College, now University, in Minot N.D.; I ran out of funding so never completed them. Currently I am a HME Technician for Banner Home Care in Arizona, I transfill liquid oxygen to compressed gas medical grade oxygen as my primary job.

I'm currently doing my Internship at Velez College, Cebu under the department of Occupational Therapy. :)

I reckon OT is quite known in the US now...unless I'm mistaken. I graduate on March 2010 (Thank you, LORD!) And plan to delve into fully serving God before building my career.

An excerpt from Wikipedia for those who might not know about OT and find it too much effort to search about it ( :P) :
Quote
The World Federation of Occupational Therapists defines occupational therapy as a profession concerned with promoting health and well-being through occupation. The primary goal of occupational therapy is to enable people to participate in the activities of everyday life. Occupational therapists achieve this outcome by enhancing the individual's ability to participate, by modifying the environment, adapting the activity to better support participation and/or facilitating physical or mental rehabilitation to maximize functional performance.

We pretty much cater to all types of patients/cases; from physical dysfunction to psychological disorders; pediatrics to geriatrics. :)

So there. :D
Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light. Because I have sinned against him, I will bear the LORD's wrath, until he pleads my case and establishes my right. He will bring me out into the light. - Micah 7: 8-9

Work as a respite care provider...however hope to change fields with or without a little time persuing further education. Hope to become a day care/child care worker, if not a teacher.
Never let the words of others determine who and what you are. For only you can truly sell yourself short.
